Al-Meshhadani International Group — Technical SEO & AI-Search Audit

A full technical, on-page and AI-search-readiness audit for a specialized exhibition organizer selling into Syria, the Gulf, Iraq, Turkey and Europe.

Freelance technical SEO audit and growth roadmap for Al-Meshhadani International Group (meshhadani.com), which organizes specialized trade and industrial exhibitions.

The brief

Al-Meshhadani's website isn't a brochure — it's a lead-generation tool competing for exhibitors, visitors, and partners across five markets at once. Before proposing any growth plan, I ran a full audit to establish exactly where the site stood technically, on-page, and in a dimension most SEO audits still skip: how visible the site is to AI answer engines, not just Google.

Baseline audit findings

67 / 88PageSpeed performance, mobile / desktop
Grade CGTmetrix, 65% performance, 77% structure
Grade FSEOptimer GEO score — AI-search readiness
410URLs missing 5 security headers, sitewide
74 / 74pages with no meta description
56images missing alt text
13pages with no canonical URL
2.9sLCP on the homepage

Performance: a PageSpeed performance score of 67 on mobile (88 desktop) with an LCP of 2.9 seconds, and a GTmetrix grade of C — workable, but leaving real speed on the table on the connections most of the regional audience actually uses.

Security headers: a full crawl found every one of the 410 crawled URLs missing five standard security headers at once — HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, Content-Security-Policy, and a secure Referrer-Policy. None of these are exotic; all five are a configuration-level fix.

On-page fundamentals: all 74 crawled pages were missing a meta description, 56 images had no alt text, 13 pages had no canonical URL, and 2 pages were missing an H1 entirely — on a site whose exhibition pages are meant to rank for specific, high-intent industry keywords.

AI-search readiness (GEO): the site scored an F on generative-engine-optimization signals in an independent audit — meaning it's structurally unlikely to be surfaced or cited by AI answer engines like ChatGPT or Perplexity when someone asks about exhibitions in Syria or the region, even where the underlying content is relevant.

What the roadmap covers

The audit fed a phased plan: fix the sitewide technical and security gaps first, since they compound across every page; rebuild the highest-value exhibition and landing pages with clear on-page structure and stronger calls to action; build a keyword map across the exhibitions and target sectors covering Arabic and English; and address the GEO gap directly — structured data, clearer entity signals, and content built to be quotable by AI systems, not just crawlable by traditional search bots.
