The situation
A well-established Dubai driving school with real demand and decent content, but search performance that didn't match either. An initial technical crawl explained why: roughly 600 technical issues (76 of them hard errors), a PageSpeed performance score of 45, and an LCP of 3.3 seconds.
Results after one month
What we did
Technical SEO: Fixed caching and asset delivery (the single biggest lever), resolved 25 hreflang conflicts between the Arabic and English versions, repaired 44 broken internal links, and added missing H1s across 30 pages.
Google Ads: Ran a high-efficiency campaign alongside the organic work — 11.7% CTR at AED 0.29 cost-per-click, keeping paid acquisition cost-efficient while organic rankings caught up.
Sequencing: Impact-first, not alphabetical — caching and compression moved the performance score more than every other fix combined, done in the first week.
